There's a Dropbox charge on my card, but I don't have a subscription
i havent used dropbox in a few months and got a notification telling me that it charged me around $20 for the business plan. I just checked my account under subscriptions and billing to cancel it but...

Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to see which account it relates to 🙂

hi mark, thank you for the help!
I went through the link and it's telling me that I need to enter a 12 digit code to find the transaction, but on my banking history it's giving me a different combination of letters and numbers. I clicked billing help but where do I go from there? I've been clicking through the sub categories but it keeps leading me back to the article you linked.

You need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even on here - so use an incognito window and that should work.
