Hi Hannah , I tried incognito mode and even changed browser to safari from chrome to try this as suggested, but the issue still remains.

In this case, I would suggest opening a support request with our support team, for a faster resolution.
You can do so, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know once you have your ticket number!

could you provide me a link to this form, im not able to find this section in the support page,
I was also in conversation with your sales team, who guided me to raise the issue in the "submit a request" section of the billing and subscription issues part of support, but its not letting me do so as it says "this support option is not available with your plan"- Hannah3 months agoDropbox Staff
You'd need to use a browser that's not signed into your account, or a private browsing/incognito window to find these steps; can you double-check and let me know if you're still having an issue?
