Purchased subscription, but account services still seem as basic

As stated in the subject my issue is that I purchased the family plus subscription and it is recognized as active however when I log in my account is still shown as basic service. If I check subscriptions it shows I have the correct one applied and registered. Payment was received fine and it’s been 48hrs with no change
  • Sorry CR4FTY, but before we send you an email, would you mind clarifying if you paid for the plan through your iTunes?

     

    If so, can you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "restore purchases" to see if that helps?

    Can you please clarify, if you upgraded to the Dropbox Plus plan or the Dropbox Family one?

     

    And did you use the Dropbox app on your phone to upgrade (payment made through iTunes/GooglePlay store), or directly through our website?

      Dropbox family plus for $26.99 I used my iPhone but I think when I was doing it in the app it took me to the website, this was last night so I’m a bit foggy there
