I paid for a yearly plan, but now I'm asked to pay again.

I paid my subscription for 2025 in September 2024
Dropbox now wants me to pay a second time and is threatening to reduce my access. Any explanations?

    TJ66, are you sure you don’t have a second Dropbox account for which you received that email? 

     

    If you go to the link Mark sent here, do you see the same email address as the one this message was delivered to?
