How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.

Yesterday an authorisation for $184.67 appeared on my credit card with respect to my Dropbox Account. I did not intend to purchase a subscription. I have tried following the instructions on your help pages to cancel the subscription via PC and also via my iphone but the subscription does not appear on the account so can't be cancelled. Please advise next steps - I do not wish to purchase a subscription. Many thanks!
