How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.

Hi Daphne! Thanks for your reply. I can get as far as the 'Plan' tab, but there's no 'Manage Plan' there - just an option to upgrade. :-(

Hi Cattersfan; how are you today?
I'm sorry to jump in here, but if you can't find the 'Manage plan' option there and only see a button to upgrade, you must have already cancelled your trial and reverted back to a free account on the Basic plan.
Can you check what your account's tab reports to see if that's the case indeed?
