Dropbox Plus Subscription via Apple but can't login

I have a Dropbox Plus subscription through my Apple ID.

 

Yes, when I login with my Apple ID, it shows I'm on the basic plan. 

 

Since the only type of support I can get on the basic plan is this forum and I can't get the email or live chat support that I'm actually paying for... here I am.

 

Can anyone please help me get this cleared up?
