I got the email as well, but I was waiting until today because I was waiting for my pay to hit my account.
Also, I had the payment page set up for me to take care of today. On that page, it said "until December 2nd". I refreshed the page. Now it's saying "deal expired".

I checked your ticket and I can see that the issue was that you didn’t reply back from the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here; this has nothing to do with the discount email you received.
Your case has now been forwarded to our advanced team.
