Hello Hannah,
Thank you for your prompt response. I have been following the same steps as usual, but I recently discovered that the documents are not being saved.
I have attempted to resolve the issue by reinstalling both applications, but the problem persists. I am reaching out to determine if this is an update error or another technical issue.
This tool has been invaluable for my studies and work, as it seamlessly synchronizes with my laptop and mobile phone. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Joseph

Thanks for the reply, Joseph!
There's no specific ongoing issue at the moment, but we'll happily look into this with you.
When you manually save the file to your device and then upload it to Dropbox, is the upload successful?
Are you having this issue with other Office apps as well or just with Word?

Hello Hannah,
I have attempted to manually upload documents to Dropbox, and while successful, I am unable to perform the same action within the Word application. Additionally, I have encountered similar issues in Excel and PowerPoint.
Furthermore, when I access Dropbox and click on the "+" icon, the Microsoft Office options to create a new document are not visible.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Joseph

What if you open a Word or Excel file to preview it in Dropbox and then tap the edit button to edit it?
Do the Word or Excel apps appear as an option for you?

Hello Hannah! I have checked, and yes, when I go to the file it opens in the Word app, but I cannot still save from the app, neither create a Word file in Dropbox. Just, save in the local storage and then upload it.
