I'm not able to edit a transcript on Dropbox Replay.

Hello, I'm trying to edit a transcript on Dropbox Replay (paidfor) and it doesn't seem to work.

 

This page gives instructions on how to do it - so I'm assuming this is now a live feature? - but it isn't working for me?

    Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the transcript editing feature in Dropbox Replay. I'm on the Dropbox Replay team, and I can confirm that this feature is in the works, but it hasn’t been released yet, which is why it’s not available at the moment.

    When saying that the feature is paid for, do you mean that you’ve purchased the Dropbox Replay Add-On

     

    If yes, can you send me a screenshot of where exactly you encounter an issue? A visual would greatly help.

      Hello - yes I've purchased Relay. I'm following these instructions:

       

      hen, to use the edit tool to modify a video or audio transcript you can follow the steps below:

      1. Open the video or audio file with the transcript you’d like to edit from the replay
      2. Hover over the section you’d like to edit.
      3. Click
         

         

         (pencil icon), then edit the text in the box.
      4. Click the check-mark to save.

       

      If I hover over the video I see the pencil icon - but all this will do is activate the 'draw' tools - it has no impact on the subtitles. Please advise.

        Thanks for clarifying! Have you checked this via a different browser/incognito window? 

         

        If it doesn’t make a difference, I’d like a screenshot of what you see and I’ll take a closer look.
