Dropbox Fax caller ID mistaken. How can I change it?

I ported my number to Dropbox fax and just sent my first test fax to a colleague. Instead of the caller ID showing my fax number (with a local area code), her called ID showed a number with a 206 area code and was labeled a ROBOCALL. how do I fix my caller id??
