This used to be such a useful feature. It is now a source of frustration. The 'View on Dropbox.com..' is much clunkier and far more time consuming. It worked perfectly well before. I do like that it gives me the option of what folder to put it into. I dislike that it now requires an extra screen to load before being able to place signable fields on the document. I tried it out for about a month or so. I don't like it. Fix it please. While using Dropbox Signatures to prepare a template form for a client to sign this morning, I suddenly became unable to access my templates with the following error message displayed: "Couldn’t retrieve templates. Reload the page to try again." Why did this happen? Is there a way around it? Is it just some of kind of coding glitch, or is this a plan-related limitation that will require me to upgrade? Hi, I just started using Dropbox Signatures and tested to send myself a signature request.I have a few questions: 1. I wrote a message to accompany my request but in my Signatures tab I don't see this message anywhere. Where can I find it? 2. I didn't receive an e-mail that someone sent me a Signature request. Is there a way to automatically send an e-mail to to let the person know they have a Signature Request? 3. When I downloaded the signed document, I see that the 'document history' is in Dutch (I live in Belgium), while my Dropbox Account is set to English. Not really sure where to put this post but I'm quite desperate. Our team is in need of a online signature platform and since we already have a dropbox business plus account with quite a few user, we decided to settle with dropbox sign. There is currently no Request Attachments feature if we login to dropbox.com and then go about creating a template. It does work with the https://app.hellosign.comthough... So we got it thinking and we tried to login to app.hellosign.com via our Dropbox account (which already has a business subscription), it simply re-directs back to our dropbox page. Is this not possible? Also, when I try connecting to my dropbox sign module (or just dropbox to be exact) via make.com, it does not make an acceptable login since and just takes me to dropbox.com...., I need the module to connect.228Views0likes3CommentsI'm unable to send out forms to be signed.
