Dropbox back up not working with Adobe Creative Cloud

I purchased Dropbox Back up – it will not copy my document folder! it come up with a message about and error with Creative cloud.  Not a good start.

    Hi onward, when you click on the Help Center link, where does it redirect you?

     

    Is it this Help Center article? If so, have you tried deleting the library from your device as shown here?
