API is a way that people can build their own software to integrate with other services. So the API articles you are seeing are what the developers of whatever it is you are getting the error from need to look at. It isnt something you, me, or even Dropbox themselves, can sort.
Tesla themselves need to do the fix, or, issue it correctly.

Perhaps if you explained the exact issue you're having and how it relates to Dropbox, someone might have enough information to be able to help you. How was this proposal received? What application are you using that is saying the API is expired? What is the EXACT message you're receiving and from where? etc.
