Storage has not upgraded

I upgraded to dropbox plus & have my receipt number etc. but my storage has not upgraded to 2TB

    When did you upgrade? What payment method did you use (just the type, not the details)? And do you see the transaction listed on this page?

      Hi, I paid by bank card today and can see both the invoice and receipt
