I have gone through and have deleted/trashed a whole lot of files since it has told me that I’m “over the limit”. Just for them to say I’m still over. Even though I haven’t added a single thing. Only have subtracted. Is this because I need to do something more on backend? Or just a **bleep**ty company that traps you into paying more and more even though they aren’t actually offering any more than before!

Is it possible that you're a member of any shared folders that might be taking up your space?
Or perhaps you've enabled the backup feature? Check your backups page for any files as well.

yes it was the backup on my Mac that did it.
