I got an email saying Dropbox is full, but it doesn't look like it is.
Hi
I received an email from Dropbox, warning me that my dropbox is full and that fees are not synchronized anymore.
Yet I only use 76.5 MB out of 2.75GB available.

I did not configure Backup

Hey Cogicom! Did you receive this email to the same email address you see here? I’m wondering if it could be about a different Dropbox account instead, that’s gone over-quota.

Hi Nancy,
I had indeed the same doubt because I do actually have another account with a Dropbox Plus subscription plan, but this one uses 73.6 GB of 2 TB.
I confirm that I received the email on this address.
Could it be something like a link between the two accounts that makes that the space taken by a folder of the “Plus” impacts the “Basic” account? I can't see anything like that but maybe there is a synchronization somewhere.

Hey Cogicom, let me also jump in here!
Smart move to check both of the accounts!
If you checked your plan page on both your Basic and Plus plan, and it reports that you still have more than 75% available space, then please feel free to ignore that email.
It might have been a one-time fluke. If you notice the same behavior again though, let us know.
