Dropbox is full but I have no files
Hi, I was told my Dropbox was full so I deleted everything I don't need. I have checked the size of what I have left and it totals less than 3MB. Am I missing something? Thanks, Ann ...

Hi AnnGordon, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try checking your backups page to see if you have any currently active?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Sarakatrine, let's jump right into this!
Could you check this page to see if you've enabled the Dropbox Backup feature on your account? Also, what does your plan page report?
Let me know more!
- Sarakatrine2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Unfortunately I actually do have files - but I transferred/deleted all years ago..? Could the cause be that I once too part in the Dropbox at my work? Don’t work there anymore..can’t see my files because it’s full and I’m no longer paying for it..so I don’t know what’s in the box..

Hi Sarakatrine, have you tried accessing your account online, and checking both your home page, and your sharing tab?
You should be able to see all of your content there, even if your account is full. Let me know what you find!
