9.75GB storage available but says on 2GB basic plan & keeps prompting to upgrade
I'm on Basic but my account tells me in multiple places that I have 9.75GB available. If I exceed 2GB I get errors saying I am out of storage.

Hey there base_face - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you please clarify if you're referring to in-app messages or web notifications or maybe email notifications about your quota?
If you happen to have a screenshot of those, please send it on too.
Thanks!

Thanks for the speedy reply. The notifications were in the web-app only and it prevented me from accepting an invite to a shared folder - it took me to the Upgrade page each time and displayed a box saying I was out of storage space. However I now can't seem to replicate the issue now and have been able to join the shared folder with no problem, so have no further issues. Hopefully wont happen again!
