Hey DashMedia, thanks for posting your question!
At the moment, Dropbox files do not sync back to someone's Dropbox, but do you perhaps have the Replay Add-on?
If so, you can select a file and use the 'Archive to Dropbox' to move the content to an existing or new Dropbox folder.
Otherwise, you'd need to download the content and upload it to Dropbox.
