Comments aren't visible to the recipient of my photos

Hey Victoria334 - thanks for the additional information and sorry to jump in.
Could you please ask your graphic designer to try another browser and let us know if they still get the same results?
If they do, we'd appreciate a screenshot of what they see so that we can have a visual too.

Screenshot above. The photo is on the left and comments in the box on the right. I have typed comments on each photo for him to see. He only sees the photo and no comments. There must be something on my end I need to do for him to see the comments I have typed.

Thanks for the screenshot! Has he clicked on the Comments button on the top right corner?
If not, then the comments section won’t appear at all on his screen.

Has he tried a different browser/incognito window, as well? If yes, I’d like a screenshot of what he sees, to look into this further.
