This is driving me mad! I have some sort of automatic Dropbox back up on my Mac which has quickly filled up. Can't switch it off and now Dropbox is full. I can ID the culprit files but deleting them in the standard way prompts a 'dialogue window': Delete Downloads from your Mac backup?
Go to Backup settings to delete Downloads.
If you no longer have access to the computer you used to create Mac backup, click
dont have access
I don't have access
cancel
No further progress can be made - clicking on 'I don't have access' or 'Back Up settings' leads to an endless loop of prompting me to sign up for 2 TB of storage. How do I delete these huge back up files? Seems like it should be simple!
Thanks

benwaddington1, can you please check the OP’s solution above and let me know if you can see the option they mention now?
If not, I can log a ticket for you and investigate further.
