My Dropbox account was deleted due to inactivity. Can I recover my files?

Hi Camila5, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
How long ago was it that you previously logged into your Dropbox account, approximately?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the feedback. It was on October 25, 2023
If possible, even if it is necessary to subscribe to a more expensive plan, I would really like to have the files

Is that when it was deleted? If so, no, its too long ago - once they are removed they are removed.
Even paying for an upgrade wont get you more recovery window I'm afraid even if you had an account still.

As Mark stated, if that was when the account was delete, it won't be possible. Once an account has been deleted, it's not possible to recover the files that it contained. Subscribing now will not help.
