How can I edit my Dropbox Excel files on a mobile device?
Good morning,
on my Dropbox from my computer I have created several files with Excel and I edit them very often.
If I access from my smartphone I can only see the files but not modify them.
Is there a solution?

Hi Paola024! Hope you’re doing great.
Do you have the Microsoft Excel app installed on your mobile device?
If you do, you can open your Dropbox mobile app, find the Excel file you wish to edit, click on the 3 dots next to it and tap on “Open with”. This should open the Excel app on your phone, where you can make updates to your file.

I thank you but I already tried some time ago and it doesn't work, I tried again now and I can't access any fields from my smartphone, unfortunately!
I really don't know how to solve it, it's becoming a problem because I use it to make appointments for a doctor and there are always many variations and I'm not always in front of the PC...

But when I follow the steps and tap on Excel on web, it doesn't take me to Excel, but to a Dropbox page that offers only opening the file in Dropbox ("Get App", or "Have the app? Open file"). This is Chrome on tablet. On laptop everything works fine.
