Can't rename folders or files on Android - "rename" button greyed out
Select Rename for a folder or file. The rename popup shows Rename button greyed out, so one has to select Cancel.
Android version 364.2.2 on Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 and phone Galaxy A22 5G.

Hi Hannah
The only fault is with me, Dropbox is OK for this. As soon as one makes a change the Rename is no longer greyed out. I have been doing this for years and for about a week I lost the plot. Sorry to have troubled you, I plead old age (90) in mitigation.
Regards Peter

Hey plc1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you follow the steps here, to clear the app's cache and let me know if that helps?
If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well.
Let me know how it goes!
