Error Message on accessing App
I have changed my password on the web page but I cannot access the app using the same user and password. The message says "incorrect email or password". I have checked and double checked my entry data and it is most definitely the same as the data used to access the web page. Anyone advise me on how to access the App?

Are you a free user?
If so have you checked you've not breached the 3 device limit?You can remove old ones via https://www.dropbox.com/account/security
