Can't open .msg files directly from Dropbox on iPhone.
Has the Dropbox Tech Team made any progress on this facility since 2019?It would be a huge help to be able to open Dropbox on my iphone and ipad when I am travelling and do not have access to my lapt...

Hi Helen-chota, welcome to our Community!
Please keep in mind that Dropbox doesn't preview .MSG files. However, you should be able to download a viewer which will do it for you. Then you can export them and use the appropriate application that is capable of opening them.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have purchased via Apple the MSG Viewer and it works perfectly.
