Can't Download Shared File

I'm trying to download a large file from Dropbox that someone shared with me, but instead of seeing a 'download' option, I get this message... "Your account is out of storage!" Here's the problem –...

If the file is in a shared folder or the was shared directly with you (you were directly invited to the file via your email address), then you'll need enough space within your account to hold the file or folder.

 

If you only need to download the file, ask the owner to send you a view-only shared link to the file instead. You'll be able to download it without impacting your own account. You don't even need an account to download it.
