Cant download Capcture
I had it on my ld computer now I am trying to use it and it takes me to a page to download it from microsoft windows, I download it but it wont install. I have the Essentials plan.

Hey hjocelyn - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify if you're getting an error when trying to install Dropbox Capture app on your computer or if it's just not responding?
Have you tried rebooting your computer and temporarily disabling any security programs you might have running on your computer since you first noticed this?
