It is **bleep**ing ridiculous that it has been three days without any response regarding child pornography that I have reported.All I ask is that I get a number of anyone I can talk to you so I can get rid of a link that is ruining the lives of kids but no one will get back to me.
Manage external participants access and links
Hello! I could really use better ability to view and manage external access to files and folders. Today it took hours to go through and verify that an external participant did not have access to files and folders. Even if I could search for an external participant's email (or partial email), and then review all the files and folders that had been shared with that person, it would have saved time and assisted me with the task of re-securing our files and folders.
Look for advice on best practices when offboarding users
Hey all! Currently the process for offboarding users is pretty straightforward. Once a termination occurs, we transfer the data to the user's manager and delete the account. We haven't run into any issues until recently when upon deleting a user's account, a BUNCH of Shared Links that that user had generated suddenly became unusable. Can anyone advise me on what would be best practice for offboarding users that wouldn't occur in such catastrophic results? Here are some of the things that would, ideally, hold true: Links generated by users can live on Continuing to pay for a license for the account wouldn't be the best option Let users continue to be able to use theOS Finder/Explorer to quickly get links to files (whether Shared Links or the direct thinks to files) Note that any shared files will live in a Team Folder that is accessible to all members of the Dropbox team. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance!
Identify Scam Email
This email has been sent from a business email connected to by business. I am looking to check if this in fact a malicious scam email (as we have initiated no such file share) I have followed the security steps to: remotely log out of all devices, reset passwords, and add 2-factor authentication. I have redacted the personal information of the account but behind the redactions are the full name and business email of my colleague. I have hovered over the email and it seems to be the actual email. HI - My auditor sent me an email with a dropbox link to submit my documents. I click the link and it takes me to a page to log in with a password. This is an audit for a new company so I need a new user name and password. When the page initially launches there is a box to enter my password and below it a blue "submit" button. As soon as I click into the password box the password rules appear below the box. These rules add 5 lines below the password box and above the "submit" button. So, the submit button is now below the bottom of the visible page and I need to scroll down to see and therefore, click submit. Only there is no scroll bar and no way to advance the page so that I can get to the submit button. So, I cannot actually enter my password and get into drop box. HELP please!!!!
I can't access my account, and a shared link on there is active

I have an animation represented by a link in Dropbox. I have included the link in some documents and have sent it to a few powple. I am afraid that some of these people may resend the document to other people who I don't even know. How can I prevent/restrict these third parties receiving the document, highjack the link and add it to one of their own documents? Thank you for any help.
