Hello My account and all my files have completely vanished. I have been using it regularly all year but this week I went to use the folder on my computer and it wasn't there, so I logged in on Chrome and it said my password wasn't correct. I tried 4 or 5 times but nothing. Not knowing what the problem was I tried resetting my password but never got an email to reset it. I tried that at least half a dozen times. Then I signed up for a new account with my same email hoping I would get a message saying there's already an account associated with that email but that didn't happen, so now I have an empty account with my email. I have about 8 years worth of my video editing career on dropbox and I need to talk to someone. I have emailed customer support but have yet to hear from anyone. What is the deal? Hey everyone. I searched for what I could think of with this, but couldn't find anything. So I guess I'll start a new thread. Is anyone aware of any way to modify the rewind time window on a single folder and all child folders under it? If I create a .. 'scratch' folder for easy sharing and know it won't matter how long rewind is available, I'd rather have it stop keeping things after 1 or 2 days, not months. Thanks in advance! Hello, I have used dropbox for several years (my dropbox mail address was:[Removed as per Community Guidelines]). The problem is that I cannot access my account since 2021. Sep. 2. Resetting password did not work. (No e-mail was arrived from dropbox.) Today, I tried to register dropbox account with the same mail address. Surprisingly, an account with the same mail address was created.Maybe my original account with my data file was deleted. I want to restore my data and original account. Did we lose the ability to see all file changes in the Web view with recent site updates? From the dropbox website, I use to be able to view all activity in my files/account, complete with date and time info in a single view. There appears to have been some update to the Web interface and I no longer get that level of detail in a single view. Items are lumped into Today, Yesterday, Last Week, etc. with no date stamp on individual entries. I have to drill down to find that information. Am I missing something?
