How to delete files when your drop box is full
My drop box is a personal account account and is full.How do I delete files to free up space as it won't give me access to my space /files? When I'm logged in it asks me to pay and upgrade - I don't see any alternativeswhich allow me toview current data so I can delete files. Deleting Files and folder from a full basic dropbox account
I currently have aDropbox Basic account which is at 3.93GB and out of space. I have been trying for some time to find a way to delete some of the folders/files to free up space prior to deciding which upgrade I am likely to require - plus, professional or business. WhenI hover over the file or folder and click the "…" (ellipsis). i do not get the Delete option. What Iget is"REMOVE ME, DOWNNLOAD and ADD COMMENT" when I click the three dots . Dropbox is full even though I never use my dropbox?
I keep getting emails saying that my DropBox is almost full and now I have been receiving emails saying that it is full and I need to purchase an upgrade. The issue is that I never ever use my dropbox. It looks like files from my work dropbox have somehow been syncing with my personal dropbox? I'm too scared to go through and delete these from my personal dropbox as I don't want it to also delete the files in my works dropbox as the files are extremely important!! How do I fix this!?
