2 TopicsHow to calculate folder size of a "root" folder on the website
In the left-most pane I have "All Files" selected. Below that is a list of what I describe as "root folders" on Dropbox. How do I determine the size of a root folder? I understand that if it contains subfolders, that I can check-mark those subfolders the choose "calculate size". But if it contains just files, what is the method? <------- I ticked the "select all" box, and it shows you the number of files selected, but not the total size. I clicked the ellipsis beside "shar/download/delete" and "i" info, but the info pane shows nothing helpful.1.5KViews1like7CommentsMy account says it's full, but when I log in I only see one folder. How do I see all of my files?
I hve downloaded dropbox to see some old files. It tells me that my drop box is full, but when i log in, i can only see one folder when there should be many more. this folder that is in there, wouldnt be using all the space. I want to view my drop box and delete some files to get me below the threshold so i dont need to update. Do i need to upgrade my account to see all my files?354Views1like1Comment
