Billing and charge of subscription plan has not been processed through my Master Card. Please note, that the actual payment of the changed 119.88 Euros by PayPal DROPBOXINTE Ref. N235314369001GB has already been processed on the 21. October 2024. By E-Mail correspondencey of the ten / 10. November 2024 you downgraded my subscription plan. And now, you would even like to be trashing the stored data on the server space, which I already payed for the entire next year. With actual plan - I have no access what so-ever to an living operator from the Customer Support Team, not by Chat, nor do I have an E-mail response permissor, or a telephonic call in- call- out option. I could not fill the Billing Request Form, as the link to it was not working. I am very disappointed, but I still ask for an URGENT ASSISTENCY - and UPGRADE TO MY USUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, WHICH BY THE WAY, HAS ALREADY BEEN PAYED IN OCTOBRR. Thank you for a response. Last week when my previous DropBox plan expired, I worked with a chatbot to explore my options for renewal. The lowest plan Dropbox would offer me was their "Plus" package (2TB at $9.99 a month). I explained that I simply didn't need this much space and asked about smaller and cheaper options. I was given no other options, so I let my Dropbox plan expire. So imagine my surprise when I get an email from Dropbox this morning offering me an option of 100GB for just $1.99 a month. Great! Yes, this is more what I was looking for. HOWEVER, now I have lost my trust in Dropbox because I was specifically asking about cheaper options, and was told there was nothing available to me cheaper than $9.99 a month. I tried to contact customer service, but could find no one to talk to at Dropbox who can now address my concerns about being able to trust this company. After being lied to about the availability of cheaper plans, I am VERY reluctant to buy any packages from Dropbox ever again. I am reaching out here for feedback from Dropbox. Can I trust you or not? How can you help rebuild my trust in your company and your questionable business practices? Your entire business model relies on your customers trusting their digital content with your company. Hi I had a dropbox member account associated with team account until last month, October 2024. I received a notification (screenshot below) in late September informing that the team has been locked and will be deleted after October 3rd. The team has now been deleted and I am no longer a member of that account. Yesterday our team leader received a credit card notification alert from the bank indicating dropbox charge $54 (transaction ID. [email removed as per Community Guidelines]). I want to understand how did our team account get billed after the account has been deleted. Is this a recuring charge?. There was no indication of any charge on the email the team member received on September 30th. Hi For years I've had a Dropbox business account and last renewed in February for three members. But today I was locked out of it and my plan reverted to basic, meaning nowhere near enough data for me and my team. The reason may have been an expired credit card, even though my subscription should run through February 2025. Does anyone know how I can get back into my business account?
