NEED HELP CANCELLING ACCOUNT I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS I no longer have access to the email account that I used to setup a Dropbox account with. I have been getting billed annually and just noticed it. I was a volunteer with an organization that is no longer around. The email address was managed by that group. I found the solution below on Dropbox support page. I have the email address and the Dropbox password but when I try to login it says I need the code that was sent to the email address I no longer have access to.
