Error when sharing subfolders with team member
Hi, We added a new member and as we are sharing folders with this member, in few subfolders when we choose the name ( email address) we receive t his person is not on drop box??? what is going on and how to override that because his membership was added and paid for and in some folders were shared.
Invite to edit folder, unticked team option, no storage available
I've been invited to edit a folder by an organisation that I'm a sub-contracted with. Clicking on the link in the invitation email took me a page which asked me if I wanted to join the organisation team or continue on my own dropbox. I unticked the team option and continued with my own dropbox, however, I have a basic free account and it tells me that I don't have enough storage and I need to upgrade. I removed myself from the shared folder, logged out and requested the access again to the folder but the result is the same. Is there a way I can return to choose join the team option page so I can access the shared folder.
