I cannot click on individual file then copy/paste into flash drive or basically anywhere. I am not computer literate. Certain files have time sensitive info that I need to access and move immediately. DropBox use to be simple and easy to work with, now no longer. Some stupid 30-something thought they could make a better mousetrap and ignored us older folks that did not grow up with computers need help fast..........298Views0likes6CommentsI'm not sure which option to select to download all photos from a shared link.
I've received an email with a link to a dropbox with photos. When I open the link, the photos are listed by their names and extension .jpg. I don't know what to do next. The page has "Extract all," "Comment," "a comment box, " "a down arrow" and a "copy link." All I want to do is to save them to a thumb drive connected on the Macbook pro computer. How do I do this, please?140Views0likes1CommentCan I get the actual creation date of the file, and not just the upload date?
I am not understanding how I can find out details on when a file was created. For example I have uploaded 714 PDF files today to a Folder PDF_11_10. When I look at the folder ALL the files show a modified date of today. Is there a way to get the actual creation date of each file and NOT just upload date. I have followed the instructions for 'file info' on Metadata but no luck. I would appreciate any solutions. Running on WIN11 with Dropbox PRO. Thanks, VicSolved313Views0likes2CommentsCan I see who downloaded my files on Dropbox?
Hello, I’m sharing a link to my music file on Dropbox as part of a promotional effort. I would like to know if it's possible to see how many times my file has been visited or downloaded, and if I can identify who accessed it. If this feature is available, could you please guide me on how to enable it? Thank you for your assistance!Solved434Views0likes1CommentIs there an auto-download of new files?
I am in radio, and am legally sharing songs with others in radio. Is there a way for them to auto-download the new songs when they become available? Obviously, there would need to be a standard landing place for the new songs that get downloaded.443Views0likes3CommentsMp3 audio file not fully streaming through the Dropbox shared link
Hi there, I've shared an Mp3 one hour audio file with several people through their email addresses on the Dropbox website. Some can stream the full file and for others the audio stops at around 30 minutes. What is causing this problem please?563Views0likes1Comment
