404 Messages everywhere for HelloSign / Dropbox Sign.
I have been getting 404 messages to pages that clearly exist (ie Templates or Documents) on Dropbox Sign. I logged out and deleted cookies, logged back in, and now after the Authorization Code page, I am getting a 404 again upon LOG IN. I can't even get to the main account pages for Dropbox Sign. ETA: This is the error message. Sorry, that page doesn't exist! Perhaps the following will help you find what you're looking for. I was in the middle of trying to edit an already existing Template that I created this morning. Is anyone having issues with this? I am afraid the template I worked so hard on is gone, and I really need to send these documents for signature TODAY.
Access denied error, when trying to access Sign link.
I am logged into Dropbox sign and the document is accessible but loads looking like the following: I am able to access all other signed documents on the same account but this loads like the above for some reason... Please assist. this is the only affected document. Below this page I can see the signature page with both parties that signed so i dont understand why the actual uploaded doc is unavailable.
