Hi - I am both a (paid) Pro and a (free) Basic customer in UK - one used for professional reasons, the other personal. There are account complications which the Bot is not helping me with ("Ask another question"), hence which need discussing with a live person. Accessing Customer Support, however, requires me to first sign in to my Pro a/c. Therein lies the problem: I can't. 2-stage authentication involves a code being sent to my (Pro) email address, but a change in circumstances mean that email is no longer in operation. No mobiles or other devices are linked to the a/c, and the other Bot-recommended actions - eg "sign in then immediately change email address" require me to sign in first - which I currently can't. How do I contact someone who can help? (The redundancy of email address has caused other complications which require discussion too). I have a professional account and have lost my phone. I cannot find any way to remote wipe this phone despite it being a function of my plan. ANy ideas why this is not showing up? I can see the phone in devices but it just has a waste basket to the right and says I can unlink it. But I want to wipe it not unlink it? This should be far more obvious if it is a hidden feature? I just messed up my Dropbox and I don't know how to fix it. I need all the help I can get! Please!! My coworker gave me access to some of their files. When I accepted their request, a message popped up asking if I would like to be added toSaturnV. I I assumed this was their file and accepted. Now I can't find anything without doing a deep dive and everything is saving in my CloudStorage >Dropbox-SaturnV (7-17-24 10/05 AM). I'm so lost and everything is bogged down.
