I'd like to assign a document view style to each Dropbox Paper document from a list of different predefined styles, including colors, font selection and sizing, padding etc. There should be a possibility for everybody to provide (and share?) selfmade style sheets for this purpose.153Views0likes2CommentsOption to download/print the list of tasks using filters in Paper
It would be of enourmous help to be able to download and/or print the list of tasks using filters: by selected dates, by selected documents and by selected persons. It will make Paper more helpful and even more productive than what it is now.763Views1like3CommentsIncrease max-width of Dropbox Paper content area at LG/XL breakpoints
Hello, I have some feedback to pass along to your design & dev teams regarding the web experience using Dropbox Paper on a Chrome brower (Version 127.0.6533.73). Is it possible to increase the max-width of the content area in LG & XL breakpoints? Currently, when reading/writing/editing in Paper in a 1280px wide viewport, the content area is limited to only 745px wide – 58% of the available viewport. The left & right margins feel excessively large and the "dead space" creates difficulties when trying to view multiple windows on a single device screen. Allowing the content area to stretch at least 75% of the viewport width would keep more of the content in view without scrolling, would better accommodate users on large devices, and still include negative space for your eye to rest. Please see the attached screenshots for a visual representation; and please reach out with any questions or for more details. Hi, This will certainly not be news to you but one of the glaring omissions in Dropbox Paper is the lack of coloured text. The value to the readability of documents could be greatly improved aside from making the more engaging to share and interact with. So, if this is too big a stretch for your developers, how about introducing some basic HTML tags. It doesn't have to be full HTML 5 or CSS just some simple tags but particularly coloured text.1.1KViews0likes7CommentsToo many docs, folders not cutting it - need top level Spaces/Notesbooks/Projects (something)
I have lots and lots of notes spanning many many topics. Folders are somewhat helpful for organization, but it would be really nice to have some higher level of separation similar to 'Spaces' in Confluence, or 'Notebooks' in Evernote. Each 'space' could have its own folder hierarchy, but would isolate its contents from all other spaces in the UI. This feature would also open up the possibility of expanding Paper's Templates to collections of documents and folders.5KViews5likes8CommentsEvernote to dropbox paper migration tool
Evernote appears to be shaky, and there are many people who are very committed because they have tons of content inside of Evernote. Dropbox paper is a superior option, but the migration process is probably stopping people from making the change. This should be an opportune time to create a migration tool to help people port the content from Evernote in to Dropbox Paper. I would like to see a mechanism that could perhaps take an Evernote export and bring the content, formatted, into Paper. Even better would be a way of fully extracting large sets of records from Evernote.3.5KViews10likes4Comments
