After trial, everyone in group lost access to Dropbox & now can't access account.
After I finished my trial, the other members received a notice stating that they will have to wait 1 week before being able to log on again. It's been 2 weeks and all the members get the notification that they must wait 1 more day. However, they keep getting this notification and 7 days have passed while being told just one more day. I think the problem is that I deleted everyone from account at the end of my trial. Then, I received an email with a link asking if I want to continue with the plan or disband the members. As I already deleted everyone, there was no one to disband. Now, I'm stuck in this circle where I keep getting emails asking to disband or continue with the plan. No other choice is given and everyone cannot access any other account (I'm told). If anyone know of a way to stop this and free everyone, please let me know. Thank you.

Good morning! Is it possible to combine my two accounts into one account. I have this account[Removed as per Community Guidelines], and I also have an older account[Removed as per Community Guidelines] . If possible, I would like to combine both accounts under[Removed as per Community Guidelines]Whatever package I need to upgrade to in order to combine accounts is fine with me. I can't access my Dropbox files, as I keep being asked to verify my email address.
HELP!!!! I set up a Dropbox account in 2012 with my school email address (not a school group account). I can log in, but I cannot see my files because I cannot verify the account address. When I try to change my email address, I receive an error message. I just want to see my pictures from Italy!!!!
