To create a warning on Dropbox page when sync is stuck and waiting for an answer to email

I formatted my computer running Windows 7 and reinstalled Dropbox. The sync stopped and got stuck indexing files forever.
Nothing worked, until I noticed a two-day old email from Dropbox in my mailbox saying that a new computer had signed in and asking me to answer if it was me or not. Soon after I answered "Yes", things started to flow.
The idea is to put a warning message on dropbox main page saying that an email was sent and has to be answered in order to sync get back to normal. (I suppose that was the case)
