Support for collaborating in iWork apps

Does Dropbox support iWork collaboration, or have this on the roadmap? The last update on this that I could find in the forums suggests that an iWork (Keynote, Pages, Paper) file that is being edited collaboratively must be saved in a non-shared folder.

Thanks!

We would greatly apprichiate this functionallity as well! We are a team of 10 people that primarily use iwork and have constant problems with conflict copies. Thinking about moving from dropbox to Box for this reason. But apart from this we're really happy about dropbox so would be great to be able to avoid that...

I would also like to be able to use keynote on dropbox.  Currently it's only supported on  icloud, to my knowledge.   I can open a keynote file on dropbox but I can't collaborate with my colleagues and work on the document together unless it's stored in icloud.

This is a must have for our agency.

Not sure why this is a contest. We’re providing direct actionable feedback on your product. In the last year you’ve lost the majority of the firm I work at for this very reason.

sorry I don’t have time to campaign for this change 🤷‍:male_sign:🙅‍:male_sign:

    Hello Jane

is there any news on this feature of being able to collaborate seamlessly on keynote files in dropbox as if it was powerpoint or other files?
I recently signed up for dropbox to replace using icloud since I thought it would have more flexibility. But have found you cant collaborate on keynote files in same way.

    Thanks  for  lettign me know

Dropbox, the uncollaborative collaboration tool...  vote to get collaboration! Needs more votes or we won't build collaboration! 🤔

It will be greatly appreciated when Pages, Numbers and Keynote are added to Dropbox. It is possible, because the competitor (Box) already offers this. This would be an upgrade to Dropbox for Mac and iOS users.
