Request for Dark Mode for the Website and the Desktop (including Paper)
I nearly go blind every time I open dropbox, how can you guys have been around so long yet you still don't have a simple toggle to change the CSS style to a darker color to not blind your users?
Seriously. Can we please get a night mode?

204.1.2 beta testing and still no dark mode. Can't anyone reply why some see dark mode while others don't? Have tried setting system theme to dark mode and off and tried reinstalling app a few times.

Just got update to 203.1.2 and still no dark mode.
Again I am on Samsung A505G android 10 one UI 2.0 have dark mode set in android, I could take another screen shot if needed but the only thing changed from my previous screen shots is the version number

Walter just one other add, I have android 10 dark mode enabled, I have tried developer options force dark mode, and even tried using XDA version of DarQ to force Dropbox dark mode. Besides countless other failed attempts, pretty safe to say dark mode is not been a thing within Dropbox ever from my viewpoint

Walter I have been posting for a year I have left emails, reviews, and posts here, so please contact who you need to contact, as I am getting no response! You are the first Dropbox response in a year!

Thanks Walter. Very likely it's just me but could you perhaps add a screen shot or two of the above listed steps, as I'm not seeing what you're referenceing. And to clarify you are referring to the desktop verion of Dropbox (hense your reference to OS) versus the mobile version of Dropbox (which would be IOS)

Hi All; thanks for your continuous feedback and reports on this.
To be honest, the roll-out of this feature should have been completed by now.
For OS versions 9 and above, dark mode automatically will follow the system settings while users can also turn on/off dark mode in the settings tab as follows:
- Open the Dropbox app.
- Tap the menu button.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Dark mode
- Select Always dark.
If those requirements are met and you still don't get this option, please try re-installing the app.
In case you did and still don't see this option, please go ahead and contact our support team so we can look further into this with account and device specific information.
Thanks for your cooperation.
PS: In case you have troubles with contacting our team, please let me know here and I'll make sure to reach out via email to investigate further.

I want it clear!
On Android app (I myself am on Samsung A505G android 10 one UI 2.0, and have 6 phones under my roof)
202.2.2 version both stable & beta
There is still NO DARK MODE! It's 2020 people, there should be a hexadecimal or color wheel, in Java or html way this can be done.
I am not knocking anyone else's issues, I think there needs to be a better way to report issues or at the very least a moderator that checks this once a week!

ON dropbox.com (Paper) this is the only place I have found to activate dark mode

DaniWD I have gotten no answer from any dev or mod. All I keep getting after a year is random posts saying it is available. I keep looking but never find anything! I have emailed, left reviews, and posted. Wtf Dropbox? No answer after a year?

Bradford1040 This is exactly what I have also. No theme settings anywhere. I even tried joining beta to see if that version has it but it didn't.
