Allow an admin to prevent users from accidentally deleting a primary team folder and it's initial file structure. In other words if it's not user created they shouldn't be able to delete the folder. ...
Do not allow mass deletions without administrator authorization and limit these to a low number of files per request, not 50,000 at a time!!!
