Edit or shorten the email address for the 'Email to Dropbox' feature

A simple solution could be making the auto-generated email address shorter. or allowing the user to name the email address

The issue is the email address is so long that the computer system I am entering it into simply can't fit the long address. So I am sending it to my gmail account, which I am trying to have set up to auto forward to the auto generated dropbox folder email account. Gmail can not allow forwarding to an email until the email account owner opens an email approval link that is sent to the email account. Which I can not open an email in the dropbox auto generated email account so I can approve it.
