Change password using PIN or OTP on linked mobile device

Hello. My idea/suggestion is due to the issue i am facing. Dropbox is linked to my laptop and mobile device. I forgot my pwd and i no longer have access to my email (also cant contact my email provider). So my suggestion to you is - can you change password by using a PIN or OTP (one time password) sent to my linked mobile number? This will solve the problem of password change and using the new password I can then change the email address. Thanks.
