Can we add comments to folders for collaborating purposes?

Would it be possible to comment on Folders as well as Files from the web interface? Example - I prepare 100 files for my colleague, put them in a Folder on dropbox, then @mention her with a comment like "Here are the files we discussed." Or is there another way to do it?

    This is why I posted it in "Share an idea". This is my idea - make it possible to comment on folders.

    There is no such feature for folders; only files.
