Sync folders from icloud to Dropbox
is a sync of folders from icloud to Dropbox possible? Without drag and drop or other manual methods. Thanks for your advice.

Super User IINo, not without third party input (most of which is paid).
You need to make sure that if you do want to drag / drop between iCloud and Dropbox that your iCloud files are local first or it wont work
