Cut down the commute from app to app, with integrated Zoom meetings right from Dropbox.

Chances are, if you’re working from home, you’re in more Zoom meetings than ever before. You can’t stop by someone’s desk to catch up quite so easily at the moment, but you can start a Zoom call with your team, right from Dropbox.

If you need to get everyone on the same page, share feedback or just catch up, you can start a Zoom call from Dropbox and have easy access to your whole team and all your files, in one place. You can even record the meeting and save it to Dropbox so everyone is clear on what to do next, and anyone who couldn’t make the meeting is still in the loop. Don’t worry, the files and notes you shared will be in the activity feed, too.

To get started, all you need to do is connect your Google or Outlook calendar to Dropbox and follow these steps:
  1. Click your profile picture (or face icon) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click the Connected apps tab.
  4. Next to Zoom, click Connect to Zoom and follow the prompts.

Then you can simply start a Zoom call directly from your files!

You might not be physically working in the same place at the moment, but you can definitely be on the same page.
